The Cape Harrison Marine Group is an Atlantic Canada based group of marine services companies that provide shipping, ship management, vessel support services and other marine services to the offshore industry.

The group is comprised of the parent company, Cape Harrison Marine Corporation and its subsidiaries, ComTug Limited, North Atlantic Shipping Corporation and Atlantic Marine Management Corporation, all of which are incorporated in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. In addition, we also have a wholly owned Nova Scotia incorporated subsidiary, Cape Sable Marine Limited, through which we carry out all of our operations in Nova Scotia. Our group has the appropriate HS&E management systems and procedures and is fully ISM and ISPS certified.

Our subsidiary, North Atlantic Shipping Corporation currently owns and operates three (3) Canadian flagged vessels. North Atlantic Shipping Corporation operates one seismic guard/survey vessel equipped with seismic streamer reels (M.V. Gulf Spirit), one anchor handling supply/support vessel (M.V. Riverton), and one supply/support vessel (M.V. Anticosti). Both of our supply/support vessels are capable of crew changes, resupply, and transferring fuel & provisions at sea.

Through our subsidiary ComTug Limited, we manage the operation of two (2) tractor tugs for the North Atlantic Refining Limited operations at Come by Chance, Newfoundland and Labrador. In managing these tugs, we provide crewing, technical management, accounting, chartering and other marine services to this client.
